Every project runs the same way regardless of size: a fixed written scope, one accountable crew, and finishes checked to the millimetre. These are the four kinds of work we take on.
Bathroom Transformations
Gut-to-finish bathrooms are our flagship. Every wet area gets a full Schluter waterproofing system before a single tile goes on, floors get uncoupling membrane, and tile goes down on mechanical leveling: the parts you never see are built as carefully as the parts you do.
Typical scope: full demolition, plumbing and electrical rough-in, waterproofing, heated floors, curbless and walk-in showers, custom niches and benches, glass enclosures, wall-hung fixtures, vanity installation.
Custom Carpentry & Millwork
Built-ins, panelling, trim, and cabinetry made to the millimetre, not "close enough." Where stock pieces almost fit, we build the piece that actually does, scribed to the wall it lives on.
Typical scope: floating vanities, built-in shelving and closets, wall panelling and wainscoting, interior doors and casing, baseboard and crown, stair trim and rail details.
Structural Interiors
Wall removals and reconfigurations with the engineering handled properly and permits respected. If a wall is coming out, it comes out with stamped drawings and a beam sized by an engineer, not a guess.
Typical scope: load-bearing wall removal, beam and post installation, layout reconfiguration, subfloor and framing repair, basement structural prep.
Full-Scale Remodeling
Whole-floor and whole-home renovations delivered under one accountable roof. One crew, one schedule, one person answering for the result, from demolition to the final coat of paint.
Typical scope: multi-room renovations, basement finishing, flooring throughout, kitchens and bathrooms in one program, lighting plans, door and trim packages.
